A Construction Manager is needed for an American social media conglomerate corporation in the Gallatin, TN area. The Construction Manager provides site-level project management to ensure the projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget and also accountable for all scope aspects including safety, quality, schedule, and budget.

responsibilities:
- Ensures projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
- Serves as the key point of contact for Cable and RDS Builds and Network projects.
- Accountable for all scope aspects, including safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
- Requires high collaboration with cross-functional partners, on-site contractors, and connectivity installers.
- Ensures work meets company standards for quality and cost/schedule predictiveness.
- Manages day-to-day activities with General Contractors (GCs) and Telecom Partners.
- Drives solutions to preserve business unit goals and KPIs.
- Acts as the point of contact for external partners (GC, Trade Partners, Suppliers).
- Provides input into constructability and aids in project schedule creation and maintenance.
- Escalates key issues for coordination with Campus Construction Management and Facilities Operations Project Management.
Education and Experience:
- Experienced construction manager with 15+ years of service to supplement the construction management team for the build-out of the Montgomery campus.
- Experience with network infrastructure and/or telecom systems is preferred.
- Professional-Level Engineering or other related discipline is preferred.
