Join our clients team as a QC Tech, responsible for conducting final electrical, mechanical, and system checks on specialized shelters to ensure strict compliance with the NEC and all customer specifications. You will utilize your experience with NEC, HVAC, and fire suppression systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues alongside engineering, document all findings precisely, and manage the rework process to guarantee top quality. This role requires solid communication skills, the ability to read blueprints, and a dedicated focus on detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

responsibilities:
- Perform the final electrical and general inspections on assigned shelters before they ship to customers
- Ensure all electrical installations comply with the National Electric Code (NEC) standards
- Inspect the functionality and installation of fire suppression and HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot existing or potential problems within the shelter systems
- Coordinate with Engineering and Production teams to resolve technical issues found during inspection
- Check that all departments have completed necessary rework and addressed issues noted in inspection write-ups
- Conduct assigned mechanical inspections
- Assist other departments with various inspections as needed
- Must be able to perform all the company's electrical duties and tasks
- Interact directly with customers to address their issues and concerns
- Create and maintain accurate and highly detailed documentation for all inspections and findings
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed
