Reliability Engineer for a leading innovative biopharmaceutical company based in Boca Raton, FL. Role is responsible to keep existing equipment running smoothly and prevent it from breaking down.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of reliability engineering/maintenance experience in a cGMP, Pharmaceutical/Biological manufacturing environment
- Experience supporting process equipment such as pumps, centrifuges, and refrigeration systems
- Experience in asset performance analysis
- Experience in predictive maintenance, root cause analysis (RCA, FMEA, FRACAS)

responsibilities:
- Provide maintenance reliability and predictive maintenance support to the Manufacturing Facility
- Develop/establish the reliability engineering tools/programs to ensure that all equipment remain in optimal state of operation
- Determine root cause of equipment failures and to perform equipment performance evaluations
- Ensure the reliability and maintainability of new and modified installations
- Guides efforts to ensure reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, controls, and safety/security systems.
- Participate in the development of design and installation specifications along with commissioning plans.
