Our client, a leading provider of communications solutions, has an immediate need to hire a Program Manager near Pompano Beach, FL.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Must have at least four (4) years of experience overseeing projects
- Experience working within a government regulated environment
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Understanding of marine industry standards and regulations
- Integrated communications systems experience
- Active security clearance
- PMP Certification

responsibilities:
- Oversees the sales/engineering project portfolio
- Responsible for the various design elements to complete an engineering project, system, component, or system with other team members
- Ensures project engineering activities comply with contract requirements and support overall project schedule, scope and budget.
- Ensures that all projects are delivered on time, and within scope
- Evaluates, selects, and adapts standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to project assignments
- Participates in customer meetings, and resolves client, engineering and management project issues
- Assess and communicate project status, escalations on potential risks and delays across multiple teams
