A Construction Manager is needed for an engineering consulting company in the Dunseith, ND area. This Construction Manager is required to manage complex, long-term government/military projects, including budgeting, scheduling, team management, and compliance with Federal requirements.

responsibilities:
- Must have experience in developing and maintaining complex, long-term, multi-year project management activities.
- Experience includes developing and controlling budgets and funding strategies.
- Experience includes scheduling and coordination of project interactions among existing/occupied facilities.
- Experience includes managing interdisciplinary teams of professionals and supporting labor.
- Experience includes integrating competing/conflicting elements into planning and execution.
- Must be familiar with Federal and local government office building projects, including procedural, review, and approval requirements.
- Requires a degree in architecture, engineering, business management, or construction management from an accredited college/university.
- Alternatively, requires ten (10) years of management experience in the construction management field in lieu of a degree.
- Construction management experience on Government/Military projects is highly preferred.
