responsibilities:
- Manage, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closure.
- Develop and maintain successful client relationships and business opportunities.
- Oversee project startup, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
- Submit and review change orders, communicate issues, and develop effective resolutions.
- Ensure accuracy of subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
- Develop project schedules, determine work sequencing, and control project costs.
- Work with field management to create and enforce job-specific safety plans.
- Manage budget, financial reporting, and adherence to ethical compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, or a similar field.
- Five or more years of experience managing commercial construction projects is required; healthcare experience is a must.
- Experience managing projects ranging from $5 million to $40 million.
- Knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, purchasing, estimating, accounting, and engineering principles.
- Well versed in all construction methodologies and procedures.
- Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and team motivation skills.
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships.
- Superior management, delegation, and resource planning capabilities.
- Analytical, highly organized, and an effective communicator.
