A Records Manager is needed for one of the world's largest suppliers of aerospace and defense products in the Virgin, UT area. An onsite administrative support role assisting the site leader including maintaining critical site and test records through filing and long-term digitization, managing test-day operations (security, access, visitor/traffic control), and general office duties like ordering supplies and assisting with work coordination.

responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize site files, including regulatory and test records (filing, scanning).
- Perform visitor management for test activities.
- Manage/assist with people management on test days (traffic control, orientations, observations).
- Order supplies and coordinate special events.
- Assist with community relations.
- Digitize a large volume of historical site and test information.
- Assist with procedure creation and maintenance (e.g., SWIs).
- Assist in coordinating work management, including weekly status meetings.
