In this role, you will collaborate with engineering teams to develop creative solutions for complex structural engineering projects involving concrete, steel, and wood. The right person will have a PE, proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit, 8+ years related experience, along with excellent communication skills with superior customer presence.

responsibilities:
- Conduct engineering analysis and design of structural systems
- Work in harmony with project teams to develop innovative solutions for complex projects
- Perform site visits to assess conditions and provide recommendations
- Coordinate with project personnel to include architects, property owners and engineering team
- Professional Engineer Certification, along with 8+ years related structural experience
- Proficiency with CAD Tools, AutoCAD, Revit would be a plus
- Knowledge of RAM, TEDDS and/or RISA design software
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Must live local to the Boston/South Shore area
