Our client is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer to support plant investment projects across their North American facilities. This role involves leading multi-disciplinary projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and serving as the civil/structural subject matter expert for both manufacturing and non-manufacturing initiatives.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and 1+ year of relevant experience in civil/structural engineering design. Candidates must be comfortable managing multiple projects, reviewing designs from outside firms, and supporting planning, scheduling, and estimating efforts. Industrial, automotive, or manufacturing experience is highly preferred.

responsibilities:
- Lead diverse civil/structural projects including parking lots, expansions, stormwater systems, and more
- Act as the subject matter expert for civil and structural systems within North America
- Review and coordinate external design documentation to ensure compliance and feasibility
- Manage 10-15 projects concurrently, supporting both manufacturing and office environments
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review scope, estimates, and timelines
- Travel once per month (domestic only); up to 20% overtime may be required
