This role manages production planning, cross-functional project coordination, and data-driven analysis to improve delivery performance and overall supply chain execution.
Required ot have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelors degree is a plus! The ideal candidate is proficient in ERP/MRP systems, with SAP experience preferred, and has advanced skills in Excel or other data visualization tools. Have experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to all organizational levels.

responsibilities:
- Convert demand and forecasts into production plans.
- Track schedule adherence and lead recovery actions.
- Manage cross-functional escalations and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning, and Spares Ops teams.
- Build dashboards/reports and analyze data to improve fulfillment.
- Identify risks, perform root-cause analysis, and implement solutions.
- Use SAP and planning tools for demand/supply analysis and scenario modeling.
