Structural Drafter needed for an immediate direct-hire role in the Scituate, MA area with expertise involving large residential and commercial projects.
In this role, you will collaborate with engineering teams to develop creative solutions for complex structural engineering projects involving concrete, steel, and wood. The right person for this role will have 5+ years proficiency using AutoCAD for structural, as well as electrical drawings for residential and commercial projects.

responsibilities:
- Develop detailed structural drawings, schematics, and models using AutoCAD
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural systems within architectural and engineering frameworks
- Perform site visits to assess conditions and provide recommendations
- Maintain organized documentation for efficient workflow management
- Proven experience as a Structural Drafter or similar role
- Proficiency with CAD Tools, AutoCAD, Revit would be a plus
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to interpret complex engineering sketches and schematics accurately
- Must live local to the Boston/South Shore area
