In this role you will lead paint engineering projects, manage equipment modifications and system integration, and optimize manufacturing processes while ensuring safety, quality, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience in engineering or project management within manufacturing. knowledge of manufacturing systems, equipment, and system commissioning, with proficiency in CATIA, AutoCAD, Inventor, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Outlook; experience with PLCs, servos, and machine controls preferred. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills required, with project management or engineering certifications considered a plus.

responsibilities:
- Lead paint projects, optimizing processes and resolving equipment issues.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, scopes, and documentation, including specifications and issue tracking.
- Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Oversee commissioning, integration, and modifications of paint systems for new models and refurbishments.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure safety compliance and high-quality execution.
- Support operations by identifying improvements, addressing concerns, and providing training as needed.
