We are searching for a Die Engineer about an hour south of Lexington, KY. Both entry-level and senior-level candidates are encourages to apply. Salary will be commensurate with experience and relocation assisance is provided. Visa sponsorship is available.

responsibilities:
- Read, write and speak the Japanese language often since most of our customers are Japanese companies.
- Introduces new products and follows through on developmental engineering from concept to full production.
- Develop/improve or create new designs for automotive stamping business needs by performing the following duties.
- Works with the Sales Engineer to direct tooling and modify equipment and/or machines of varying types (some of a very complex nature) for use in the manufacture of company products.
- Re-designs, repairs, or replaces in-process production program equipment.
- Assists Sales Engineer to develop processes, methods, tooling, and production controls for new programs; supervises their assembly and set-up.
- Sets up new equipment for die trials, ensures its satisfactory operation, and instructs others to use the new equipment properly.
