Seeking an experienced Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) Engineer to serve as a senior subject matter expert and lead complex design packages for a strategic investment project. This role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably within the pharaceutical, chemical, or biotech industrites. You will be responsible for leading projects from ideation through basic design, liaising with stakeholders and planning vendors, and ensuring all designs meet sustainability and compliance standards using expertise in tools like AutoCAD and Revit.

- Act as a senior subject matter expert for Civil, Structural, and Architechtural (CSA) work
- Lead CSA work from the ideation to basic design phases
- Liaise with client stakeholders and external partners
- Ensure designs meet Front-End Loading process requirements
- Confirm designs adhere to internal and external industry standards/regulations
- Support a strategic investment project
- Develop and maintain documentation
- Promote sustainability and innovation in designs
