Civil Site Engineer opportunity with a well established, growing client located in their Long Island, NY office. This role is responsible for the full-lifecycle development of diverse civil site projects, specializing in solid waste, commercial and multifamily developments. The position involves detailed planning, navigating and writing the permitting process, and executing site development designs for all aspects of the projects. Local candidates preferred although some relocation assistance will be considered for highly qualified candidates in the region.

responsibilities:
- Manage the full-lifecycle development of solid waste, commercial and multifamily site projects from concept through completion.
- Oversee all phases of project design, including site grading, drainage, subsurface foundations, site development and more.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive technical reports and documentation for agency review and permitting.
- Conduct occasional site travel, potentially overnight, to project locations.
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
- Approximately 5-10 years of professional experience in civil site development.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is required.
- Demonstrated technical background in site planning, grading, and drainage design.
- Experience with environmental engineering, permitting, or solid waste projects is a plus.
