Senior Project Manager needed for an immediate direct hire opportunity in the Plano, TX area! This established and well respected firm is seeking the right person to join their civil engineering team.
The right person for this role will have experience working on civil infrastructure & site development projects such as excavation, bridge, road and sidewalk development as well as concrete paving construction. This is an excellent opportunity to take on diverse, challenging projects while working in a supportive and entrepreneurial environment.
Must have of 5+ years' PM experience within similar civil role with two or more of the following; Heavy Civil Construction areas: excavation, bridge or concrete structures, sidewalk builds, roadwork infrastructure, concrete.

responsibilities:
- Lead and collaborate with project and operations teams on drafting, reviewing, and finalizing site plans and construction documents.
- Analyze project survey data, including site conditions, legal descriptions, easements, and related documents.
- Prepare technical reports, project schedules, and related documentation
- Utilize Asana and other construction software to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Grow professionally through training, mentoring, and opportunities to take on increasing responsibilities.
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience along with MIN of 5+ years' PM experience within similar civil role
- TxDOT preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience Asana and MS Project.
