A Product Manager is needed for an American multinational company specializing in transportation, e-commerce, and business services in the Collierville, TN area. The Product Manager is a senior leader responsible for defining, developing, and launching products by setting strategy, coordinating teams, gathering requirements, and ensuring product-market fit using data-driven decisions and extensive experience.

responsibilities:
- Lead the product lifecycle, defining strategy, vision, and roadmap.
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to deliver products.
- Gather and prioritize product/customer requirements.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback for improvements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Prepare product documentation (specifications, release notes, etc.).
- Manage product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure product compliance (regulatory/internal).
- Requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Needs leadership ability for cross-functional teams and project management.
- Requires proficiency in product management tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence).
- Requires knowledge of Agile, UX principles, market analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related) is required.
- 10+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
