Contract position: Construction Superintendent opportunity with a government client located in the Mercer, PA area. This position will be responsible to coordinate all aspects of lighting and mechanical systems projects as well as ensuring adherence to all OSHA, Federal, State and safety regulations.

responsibilities:
- Monitor all work performed by subcontractors to ensure adherence to all OSHA, Federal, State and safety regulations as well as all company policies and procedure
- Oversee all aspects of installation, working with all parties involved to proactively prevent and solve quality issues and other problems that may arise in the course of the project
- Other duties as typical and required
- Approximately 5 or more years construction related experience ideally with lighting or ECM projects
- Demonstrated working knowledge of OSHA, Federal, and State Safety regulations
- Demonstrated ability to work well with customers and achieve customer satisfaction on every job
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work with all levels and types of people to include project owners
