A Quality Assurance Analyst is needed for a global power leader in the Whiteland, IN area. This Quality Assurance Analyst role is responsible for resolving product returns and quality defects by coordinating with operations, 3PL, and suppliers.

responsibilities:
- Supports the business by working with operations, transportation, and suppliers to resolve product returns related to quality issues.
- Creates MNCs and PNCs to partner with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) for in-house defects.
- Acquires and reviews right first time pass data from 3PL operations and drives continuous improvement.
- Manages Quality Hold and stock check requests related to quality defects.
- Creates return authorizations to enable restocking of carrier return parts.
- Ensures timely and accurate information flow between 3PL and the claims team regarding returns to enable customer credit.
- Manages transportation claims by working with inbound operations and company transportation teams.
- Communicates supplier defects from customer sites to the site supplier quality team.
