Assistant Construction Project Manager needed in the Maitland, FL area to assist on utility projects to support the full lifecycle. This role involves comprehensive contract administration, including RFP development, bid management, contract execution (change orders/invoices), and contractor compliance verification. You will also assist with critical project controls, managing cost reporting, scheduling, WBS setup, and generating financial status reports for stakeholders. responsibilities:
- Project Oversight & Support: Assist engineering disciplines with overall efforts for Design-only and/or EPC projects.
- Contract Administration: Assist with RFP package development, manage the bid/selection process, and develop detailed scopes of work for downstream contracts.
- Construction Documentation Management: Manage Contractor submittals, RFIs, supplemental design instructions, and site drawing logs.
- Compliance and Execution: Verify Contractor compliance (quality, safety, environmental) and execute contracts (change orders, invoice approval, schedule management).
- Project Controls & Reporting: Assist with project controls (cost reporting, scheduling, WBS) and develop internal/external reports (budgeting, cash flow forecast, status reports).
