Electronics Test Engineer located in Decatur, GA for a leading manufacturer of lighting products. This role is responsible for electrical, mechanical, and environmental testing of products required for third-party safety verification.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Must have at least two (2) year experience testing electronic components and materials within a laboratory environment
- Proficiency at programming in LabView or similar platform to test products
- Experience measuring AC and DC systems

responsibilities:
- Certification testing to ensure products meet internal and external specifications (including any or all: UL, CSA, ANSI, and IEC).
- Includes testing of digital, analog, and mixed signal electronic circuits for lighting and lighting controls
- Responsibilities require soldering and thermocouple adhesion to board level components such as LEDs and resistors.
- Validation testing of products, including electrical, mechanical, environmental, FCC, IEC, and IEEE testing
- Photometric testing utilizing goniophotometers and integrating spheres to measure total flux output, spatial intensity distribution, and spectral distribution per IES, ANSI, and other applicable standards.
