We are in search of skilled Controls Specialists within the Leeds AL area. Candidates must have 5 years of industrial maintenance experience within a manufacturing setting, along with an Associate's Degree or equivalent technical qualification, and/or experience. We are seeking candidates who have mathematical skills and mechanical aptitude that will be crucial for troubleshooting and repairing various systems including AC & DC motors, PLCs, and power distribution systems.
This is a temp to hire position ranging from $34.31-$39.95/hr + OT. Position is 3rd shift 9pm-5:30am Sun-Thurs OT on Friday. Please apply today!

responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair AC & DC Motors and Control Circuits
- Read/Interpret Electrical, Electronic, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and Instrumentation Drawings, Schematics, and Technical Manuals
- Install, Troubleshoot, Maintain and Repair PLC and/or DCS Hardware, Software and Controls
- Maintain 480/240 Volt 3 phase MCC and Power Distribution Systems
- Replace Electrical Control Devices (Limit, Proximity and Photo Switches, Pneumatic and Hydraulic Valves, etc.)
- Move and set up equipment as needed
- Wire equipment and electrical drops within a high voltage area
- Install and repair electrical, mechanical and pneumatic industrial equipment
