responsibilities:
- Promote and technically assist new and existing clients with product assistance, support in turn driving sales and enhancing solid client relationships
- Maintain consistent engagement with local partners, set goals and expectations, and assist in identifying and onboarding potential new partners.
- Utilize CRM software tools for best account management and forecasting
- Collaboration with our global sales team and internal operations providing the best in service
- Maintain mastery of product offerings and technologies through attending training sessions and sales conferences and assisting with the launch of new products.
- BS Engineering along with 5+ years experience as a product applications engineer
- Technical product mind set with exhibited enthusiasm for growth
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal with proven relationship building ability.
- Experience working within a team structure to achieve individual and company goals
- Self-starter with demonstrated urgency and ownership of responsibilities
- Ability to travel approximately once per quarter
