We're hiring a Production Manager with 5+ years in manufacturing management for a well-established custom manufacturer in the Newnan, GA area. The ideal candidate will have management experience in fabrication, finishing, or metals and a background in operational leadership including financials.
This position will lead the busiest hub of the facility, utilizing a blend of skilled manual labor and advanced robotic automation to produce high-quality metal parts. We are looking for a leader who excels at operational strategy and financial management, but whose true strength lies in being on the floor, motivating the team, and driving culture.
Compensation range is $85,000 - $100,000 DOE + competitive benefits
