We are searching for an Estimator/Project Manager in the Suwanee, GA area to work for an industry-leading door hardware company. The ideal candidate will have experience with Division 8 construction projects.

responsibilities:
- Create estimates for architectural door hardware (Div-08) projects.
- Project Management level of attention to architectural documentation and project specifications review.
- Working with the team to help manage daily departmental workload and Work in Progress screen review daily for hitting scheduling targets.
- Assessing when an application engineering review and/or custom design layout detail may be required for a specific application
- Making hardware corrections due to door compatibility issues
