Leading engineering firm seeks a Senior Structural engineer with waterfront experience. This person will lead the complete design lifecycle of complex marine structures, including piers, wharfs, bulkheads, and fender systems. This leadership role demands both expert technical knowledge of structural codes and the ability to devise non-standard solutions for intricate projects. Responsibilities span the full project spectrum. The role also involves building client relationships and driving growth. PE is required for this role.

responsibilities:
- Lead Structural Design of marine structures (piers, wharfs, bulkheads), applying expert knowledge and finding non-standard solutions.
- Manage Project Lifecycle by developing fees, schedules, budgets, and scopes, and overseeing change orders.
- Ensure Quality and Compliance through QA/QC adherence and quality review of production drawings.
- Oversee Field Operations including construction administration, field inspections, and resolving design-related installation issues.
- Drive Business Growth by building client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and leading cost proposals and sales efforts.
