responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate, set up, and program CNC machinery, specifically focusing on multi-axis lathes.
- Independently manage the complete production cycle for different metal types, from raw material to final component.
- Analyze customer requirements (drawings/specifications) to plan the job, set machine parameters (speeds, feeds, tolerances), and dictate the operational flow, ensuring the completion of the full sequence of work.
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- 5 years of CNC Machining/Programming in metal manufacturing is required.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with others and a solid work ethic are essential requirements.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
