Leading EPC firm is looking for a Program Controls Manager in Fort Worth, TX to oversee a top client program. This role will manage all aspects of Program Controls, driving quality and consistency across scheduling, cost management, and earned value analysis. This role requires expertise in managing data reporting systems, implementing risk mitigation, and serving as the primary interface for client and stakeholder reporting. responsibilities:
- Program Quality & Reporting: Manage quality and consistency across all program control practices, interface with clients, and create statistical reports for management.
- Schedule & Cost Analysis: Manage and present detailed schedule and earned value analysis; assess impacts of changes; and provide specialized assistance for complex schedule/cost issue resolution.
- Data Systems Management: Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of the management reporting data warehouse for controls reports and data.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead and direct the overall controls function (scheduling, estimating, cost, forecasting, document control) and manage the recruitment, development, training, and performance evaluation of the team.
- Risk Management & Stakeholder Review: Implement and manage the risk management process by identifying and mitigating potentials; and lead quality review and present cost management and forecast reporting to stakeholders.
