Substation Construction Site Superintendent for a company that provides Transmission and Distribution products and services for the electrical power industry.
Current projects will be based in Nashville, TN and Bowling Green, KY areas. Heavy travel is expected for long term projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of construction experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role, as well as knowledge of substation construction and crew management.

- Overseeing all aspects of field operations for substation construction projects
- Ensures the successful completion of projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety standards
- Manages a team of skilled workers while ensuring coordination with subcontractors and stakeholders
- Ensuring project milestones are met while maintaining a focus on safety, quality control, and efficiency
- Drive the successful delivery of complex substation projects by coordinating resources, solving on-site challenges, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
