Leading EPC firm in Chesapeake, VA is looking to add a Senior Civil Engineer who also has PM experience to the team. Will need maritime/waterfront project experience. This role will lead the project team throughout the design and construction process, adapting structural plans to meet budget constraints, design factors, and client needs. PE preferred and the ability to travel to sites as needed.

- Lead Diverse Civil Projects: Deliver heavy civil projects (port, utility, roadway, stormwater) while seeking growth opportunities.
- Manage Complex Projects: Oversee diverse projects, leveraging the support of 12,000 internal experts across various fields.
- Innovate and Collaborate: Discover and implement innovative solutions by collaborating with experienced designers and the in-house construction team.
- Provide Senior Civil Expertise: Serve as the senior civil engineer, especially for a wide variety of waterfront projects.
- Direct Multi-Discipline Teams: Lead and coordinate activities and resources for projects involving multiple disciplines..
