Join a privately owned chemistry manufacturing company that has been in business for over 40 years as a Compliance Manager. This role will be responsible for global and domestic chemistry compliance. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of chemistry compliance experience in a manufacturing environment. responsibilities:
- Lead global product compliance screening, GHS/SDS hazard classification and risk management.
- Proactively manage regulatory and formulation changes, ensuring all SDS, labels, and registrations are current
- Manage and track all required TSCA, REACH, EPA, and FDA regulatory submissions through to approval
- Establish and maintain the product compliance documents
- Lead alignment across all functional teams
- Publish the comprehensive plan, timeline, and RACI chart for project execution
- Eliminate process bottlenecks by defining measurable SLAs and managing third-party performances
- 7+ years of manufacturing compliance within speciality chemicals
- Knowledge of TSCA, REACH, and GHS
- Medical, dental, pto and holiday pay
