This role will be responsible for providing technical expertise for Power Utilities for assigned projects. Candidates must have 10+ years of experience within large construction projects preferably with Data Centers.

responsibilities:
- Primary technical contact for Utility Providers; facilitate weekly cross-functional design/progress meetings; maintain project responsibility matrix
- Oversee AutoCAD/BIM 360 coordination; manage deeds, easements, and agreements; facilitate formal sign-offs
- Manage budgets and true-ups; track PO funding; ensure change order execution before work begins
- Maintain project schedules; report weekly plans to meet deadlines
- Lead weekly site walks; verify utility specs; submit energy safety plans
- 10+ years of Power Utility Project Management experience
- Experience with easements
- Power utility equipment cost and lead time management
