A Supply Planning Lead Analyst for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Arlington, TN area. This role involves independently managing inbound material flow, inventory planning, and supplier relationships to ensure efficient coordination between production, purchasing, and engineering departments.

responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and monitor the inbound movement of materials from various suppliers.
- Determine material requirements and coordinate efficient movement with purchasing, production, and engineering.
- Develop detailed specifications for new contract orders.
- Apply professional expertise in inventory planning, supply planning, and supplier management.
- Assess and manage strategic bridge buy requirements for the organization.
- Work independently as an individual contributor with minimal supervision.
- Exercise professional judgment to resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Apply principles and concepts of the supply chain discipline to solve problems.
- Perform evaluative judgments based on the detailed analysis of factual information.
- Maintain high attention to detail throughout the material planning process.
- Require a college degree or equivalent formal education in a specialized field.
- Possess professional mastery and knowledge gained through substantial applicable work experience.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 4 or more years of experience in a similar supply chain or planning role.
