Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- Three or more years' engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of fabrication and assembly
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience improving clarity, compliance, and usability of manufacturing instructions.

responsibilities:
- Involve analyzing manufacturing processes, developing SOPs, and converting complex workflows into clear, digital work instructions
- Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Safety and Operations teams to document real-world work practices, validate procedures, and ensure accuracy across regulated production environments.
- Capture process data through photos, videos, and hands-on observation, then translating findings into structured digital documentation using modern software systems.
- Work with Quality Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, area supervisors, and area employees to review the work that is done in each area.
- Upload pictures and videos and develop work instructions into a software system to create digital work instructions.
