A Project Scheduler is needed for a world class utility company in the Tulsa, OK area. This is a Senior Project Scheduler role requiring 5+ years of Primavera experience to develop, analyze, and lead complex project timelines and resource leveling within a utility or nuclear power environment.

responsibilities:
- Coordinate team activities and support Project Managers as a lead scheduler and commodity tracker for major utility projects.
- Develop complex, integrated schedules using critical path methodology, including resource loading and leveling.
- Define activity durations, work sequences, and relationship logic to establish key project milestones and deliverables.
- Maintain schedules by collecting progress data and generating status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate schedule review meetings, capturing minutes and tracking action items to ensure project alignment.
- Mentor and train junior schedulers on metric reporting, risk assessment, and software-specific procedures.
- Interface regularly with site execution teams, contractors, and senior leadership to communicate project status.
- Ensure all scheduling activities adhere to internal project management governance and department standards.

- strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and ability to develop complex spreadsheets.
- Must be a self-motivated individual and able to work under general supervision, be independent, and competently perform current scheduling techniques and analyses on all scope of work project aspects.
- With a High School Diploma or GED, 7 years' qualified experience (Note: For Cook Nuclear Plant, 7 years of nuclear experience will suffice and a professional or trade certification is not required).
- With a qualified Associate's degree, 5 years' qualified experience.
- With a qualified Bachelor's degree, 3 years' qualified experience is required.
- 5+ years of Primavera Experience Required.
- Qualified degrees must be in a related field from an accredited university or college and could include Accounting, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Technology, or Project Management.
