A Manufacturing Engineer for a medical devices and equipment manufacturing company is needed in the Chandler, AZ area. This is a Manufacturing Process Engineer role focused on taking ownership of production lines during a site transfer, with a primary emphasis on yield improvement, equipment maintenance coordination, and process optimization.

responsibilities:
- Provide engineering support for manufacturing processes, focusing on sustaining production lines during site transfers.
- Take full ownership of floor processes and serve as the primary interface with facilities for equipment repair and maintenance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase First Pass Yield (FPY), enhance cost efficiencies, and implement safety upgrades.
- Lead yield improvement projects by collecting production data and implementing sustainable, data-driven solutions.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and the integration of new equipment or processes onto the manufacturing floor.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with the sending site and downstream assembly sites to ensure seamless production.
- Apply professional judgment and expertise to troubleshoot complex manufacturing outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and concepts specific to the assigned manufacturing discipline.
- Analyze process bottlenecks and implement technical changes to optimize overall production throughput.
- The engineer must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- They will be responsible for collecting data and implementing sustainable solutions.
