A Packaging Operations Coordinatoris needed for an American corporation that manufactures agricultural, construction, and forestry machinery, diesel engines, drivetrains (axles, transmissions, gearboxes) used in heavy equipment, and lawn care equipment in the Mattoon, IL area. A Packaging Operations Coordinator role in a warehouse environment is responsible for managing packaging solutions, resolving order discrepancies, and facilitating communication between supply chain partners to ensure operational efficiency.

responsibilities:
- Acts as the primary liaison between channel partners and the company to resolve order and shipping issues.
- Determines specific packaging and container solutions for service parts throughout the supply chain.
- Supports packaging facility operations regarding safety, quality, and productivity projects.
- Manages administrative duties including data entry, document preparation, and cross-departmental email communication.
- Resolves inventory discrepancies such as mixed stock, defective items, or unshipped orders.
- Coordinates workflows by designing monthly schedules and prioritizing high-impact tasks.
- Operates and adjusts complex equipment to maintain quality and productivity standards.
- Utilizes Warehouse Management Systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office to track and analyze datasets.
- Leads issue resolution across factories, vendors, dealers, and distribution centers.
