An Implementation Supervisor is needed for a multinational package delivery and supply chain management company in the Fairdale, KY area. This role is a Migration Project Management Supervisor responsible for leading cross-functional teams through complex, multi-site product implementations and migrations, ensuring success through detailed planning and reporting.

responsibilities:
- Oversee mid-to-large scale Helix Migration projects involving single or multi-site implementations across various products and services.
- Analyze customer solutions and migrations to ensure successful delivery while balancing client and company objectives.
- Develop implementation models including deployment plans, scheduling, and user acceptance training.
- Manage cross-functional teams to drive project execution and collaboration.
- Provide continuous analysis of project plans, outcomes, lessons learned, and post-implementation audits.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder communication and deliver comprehensive weekly progress reports.
- Lead project status meetings and manage the tracking of specific action items.
- Partner closely with Program Managers to align migration strategies and project success.
- Utilize Zoom and various project management tools to monitor workstreams and maintain daily status updates.
- Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
