In this role you will be leading the inspection, programming, and preparation of new or modified body weld equipment at vendor sites.
You are required to have experience with mentoring and technical training, along with industrial maintenance knowledge! 3 years with an Automotive backround is also required!
This role does require 70% domestic travel and Mexico/Canada!

responsibilities:
- Inspect, confirm, and prepare new or modified manufacturing equipment for production launch.
- Perform on-site robot programming and interlocking for automation systems.
- Verify that new equipment meets all established quality and performance standards.
- Oversee and confirm new body weld equipment readiness at vendor locations.
- Support weld machine at client locations from installation to mass production.
- Develop and implement equipment countermeasures and adjustments during set up and trials.
- Extensive domestic and international travel is required, often involving overtime, weekends, and holidays.
