responsibilities:
Precision Setup & Tooling: Independently build tools and perform complex machinery setups to meet exacting design specifications.
Advanced Programming & Monitoring: Code, modify, and monitor G & M code runs (Fanuc) to ensure production standards are met with maximum efficiency.
Quality & Data Analysis: Review SPC data with Quality and Production management, making data-driven decisions to improve processes and part accuracy.
Tooling Performance Optimization: Constantly evaluate tooling performance to implement improvements that increase tool life and enhance overall part quality.
Technical Mentorship: Help train both new and experienced operators to maintain world-class quality and production standards.
