We're seeking a Plant Engineering Manager on behalf of a large food manufacturer in North Metro Atlanta. The ideal candidate will be a high-level technical leader to oversee the maintenance department of a complex processing facility. This is a critical leadership role responsible for capital project development, reliability systems, and ensuring operational efficiency in an environment involving ammonia refrigeration systems. ** Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates. ** Base salary plus bonus potential.
Key Skills Needed:
- Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years relevant experience,
- Experience leading maintenance teams for mechanical and electrical plant machinery in a large manufacturing environment.
- Food and/or ammonia experience.
