responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Foremen, and field crews
- Schedule and manage material deliveries; verify required certifications
- Maintain daily project documentation (reports, schedules, photos)
- Monitor subcontractor schedules and progress
- Order, manage, and balance concrete pours
- Assist with project closeout, final quantities, and job cost reports
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field OR heavy highway construction experience
- Safety-focused; OSHA 10/30 preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of Bluebeam
- Ability to communicate effectively with public agencies
