responsibilities:
- Develop and engineer cutting-edge mechanical, electromechanical, and pneumatic systems for advanced packaging equipment.
- Develop and manage comprehensive engineering documentation, including detailed drawings and Bills of Material (BOMs), to facilitate production.
- Work collaboratively with engineering, manufacturing, and other departments to execute prototyping, testing, and validation of new designs.
- Advance innovation within the organization by conducting research, executing experiments, and performing in-depth root cause analysis.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.
- 10+ years of engineering design in packaging machinery manufacturing preferred.
- Must be proficient with using Inventor, SolidWorks, and/or Creo for mechanical dimensioning of parts and assemblies
