Our client is seeking a Technician for their KY plant. This role involves conducting hands-on testing and analysis of paint equipment and materials, operating and maintaining robotic paint application systems, and supporting new projects by planning, preparing, and executing paint application trials.
Required:
A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred, but open to recent college graduates with relevant paint and/or robotic programming experience. Familiarity with Allen Bradley and Toyopuc systems.

responsibilities:
- Testing & Analysis: Conduct evaluations of new paint equipment and materials; perform detailed paint testing, including color and critical measurements.
- Robotic Application & Maintenance: Operate, program, and provide maintenance support for robotic paint application equipment (Kawasaki robots).
- Project Execution: Support new model projects by planning testing conditions, preparing paint mixtures, and running trials with parameter adjustments per testing matrices.
- Lab Operations: Maintain and clean paint equipment, ensuring proper operation using relevant measurement instruments.
