As the leader of Maintenance and Engineering in a fast-paced manufacturing facility, you will ensure peak equipment performance and minimal downtime. You will implement advanced systems-including Preventative Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)-to propel the facility toward high performance.

responsibilities:
- Engineering Project Development: Lead capital projects from concept to completion-ensuring they are on time, on budget, and fully compliant with safety and environmental standards. Manage all phases to minimize operational disruption.
- Maintenance Systems: Drive the execution of advanced maintenance strategies to keep operations running at peak performance. Your leadership will reduce downtime and ensure seamless, reliable production.
- Team Leadership and Safety: Inspire the maintenance team through effective task delegation, policy enforcement, and safety-first planning. Ensure efficient, compliant operations aligned with all regulatory requirements.
- Technical Problem Solving: Act as the primary lead for daily operational challenges. Provide proactive troubleshooting and long-term fixes to minimize recurring issues.
- KPI Management: Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the maintenance function, including equipment reliability and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- People Development: Lead and develop high-performing engineering teams through coaching and performance management. Foster a culture of clear communication and recognition while building an empowered workforce.
