A Supply Chain Associate is needed in the Monmouth Junction, NJ area for one of the world's largest cosmetics company, with activities spanning skin care, sun protection, make-up, perfume, hair care and hair color. This role focuses on foundational supply chain tasks like inventory planning, forecasting, and order management within a collaborative environment that emphasizes analytical problem-solving and professional development.

responsibilities:
- Support supply chain operations through inventory management, forecasting, and planning tasks.
- Manage order processing, credit management, and assembly coordination.
- Execute administrative duties including task management, scheduling, and email correspondence via Microsoft Outlook.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and special projects to optimize ways of working.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to solve complex problems.
- Maintain high attention to detail while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Engage with senior executives and top talent to build foundational supply chain knowledge.
- Document and refine supply chain processes through various reporting systems.
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite of products including Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, -PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook for email, calendar, contacts, scheduling and task management required.
- Have excellent organizational skills, keen eye for attention to detail and proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess strong verbal communication, writing and interpersonal skills along with the ability to form strong cross-functional relationships.
