responsibilities:
- Ensure environmental requirements are implemented into construction timeline
- Partner with internal stakeholders to translate complex permit conditions into actionable guidance for field construction team
- Oversee environmental and construction consultants, ensuring quality site inspections, accurate reporting and proactive communication
- Identify and resolve field issues related to stormwater, wetlands, and other environmental concerns
- Collaborate with permitting teams to facilitate construction driven permit modifications
- Support collaboration with regulatory agencies and community stakeholders
- 5+ years of environmental permitting or compliance
- Management of environmental impact assessments, acquisition of permits, and cultural and ecological surveys
- Experience with large scale projects, data centers, or mission critical facilities
