Seeking a Manufacturing Personnel Coordinator for a high growth manufacturing client in the Woburn, MA area.
The Personnel Coordinator would be responsible for supporting and providing services to ensure that key manufacturing personnel function as efficiently as possible. A critical part of the position is partnering with employees and the leadership team to drive engagement by developing High Performance Teams.

responsibilities:
- Lead and manage change, ensuring employees understand and adapt to new systems and structures.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity in all employment matters.
- Manage all employment procedures, from recruiting and hiring to meeting AAP/EEO goals and conducting outreach.
- Facilitate effective onboarding and orientation for all new team members.
- Administer compensation programs for hourly employees, including job analysis, salary surveys, and performance reviews.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including eligibility and enrollment.
- Foster a positive work environment by building relationships with employees and supervisors to prevent and resolve workplace issues.
- Interpret company policies and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
- Assist with time, attendance, and payroll inquiries.
- Coordinate learning, development, and training opportunities for employees.
- Organize and conduct company meetings and social events.
- Assist with required workers' compensation and OSHA reporting.
