A CSR Materials Administrator is needed for one of the world's largest suppliers of aerospace and defense products in the Lenexa, KS area. This role involves managing the intake, data entry, and discrepancy resolution of incoming goods and repairs within a warehouse environment to ensure accurate inventory records and efficient customer service.

responsibilities:
- Process daily incoming inventory and customer returns using Repair Center databases and ERP systems.
- Identify, log, and resolve receiving discrepancies related to paperwork, serial numbers, or missing system entries.
- Coordinate with internal and external customers to resolve issues regarding product returns and repairs.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and logs for all received products.
- Manage Repair Action Items (RAI) by tracking Air Waybills (AWB) and critical dates.
- Generate daily reports on key metrics, including backlog units, intake volume, and top customer accounts.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all repair documentation.
- Ensure a clean and safe workspace in compliance with company and federal regulations.
- Support the Logistics Manager with additional tasks and cross-departmental collaboration.

- Excel, Outlook experience required; PowerPoint, Teams experience strongly preferred.
- Able to collaborate with customer service representatives, receiving/shipping personnel, and MRO leadership.
- Prior experience working in materials or customer service role.
- HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or
- In the absence of a HS diploma, GED or AA/AS degree, 4 years of relevant experience is required.
