responsibilities:
- Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules within the Primavera P6 environment.
- Collaborate with project managers and various teams to collect and validate necessary schedule data.
- Manage the integration of data across multiple complex schedules.
- Execute critical path analysis and schedule quality reviews while monitoring key milestones.
- Track overall schedule performance to ensure the project remains on a successful trajectory.
- Pinpoint potential schedule risks and help create effective mitigation strategies.
- Produce recurring reports such as look-ahead schedules, progress updates, and variance analysis.
- Implement resource loading and cost loading within schedules to generate Earned Value Management reports.
- Apply experience gained from working on large-scale programs to current project needs.
- Possession of a PMP or other PMI-related professional certification.
- Holding a PSP, CST, or other certification from AACEI.
- Knowledge of project gating procedures and phase-gate methodologies.
- Prior technical experience involving SQL coding.
- High School Education is the minimum requirement for this position.
- Candidates holding an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree will receive additional consideration during selection.
